Coaching comprises different methods and techniques of counselling (Singel-Coaching, Team - Coaching, Project- Coaching). In contrast to the classical consultation, the coach does not suggest any solutions of the problem him or herself, he or she rather comes along with you developing your own solutions. Coaching refers to a structured conversation between the coach and the client about workday life (leadership, communication and teamwork). The conversations are aiming from self-assessment and development of ones own skills and perspective to encouragement of self reﬂection to overcoming of conﬂict with staff member, colleagues or supervisors. The coach acts as a neutral analysing dialogue partner and is using different methods and techniques of human resources and management developments depending on the individual aim.
